After taking my first pottery class from Patty Alander, I was hooked! Retiring from Alapaca farming and fiber mill processing allowed me the the time to pursue my passion. Thus, Lonesome Stone Pottery and Gallery was born
I love making fun and functional pottery wheel thrown and handbuilt. My firings are salt/soda, raku, reduction, and electric. Since I started so late in life, I believe there should be no limits in trying different methods of firings!
I find inspiration all around me, from our Rocky Mountain sunsets to the beauty of snow blowing off the high peaks.
